Zoe Palomaki
Bio
Zoe Palomaki joined Poole College in 2024 as a Career Coach in the Undergraduate Career Center. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNC Greensboro (UNCG) where she played all four years for the women’s soccer team, serving as captain her senior year. She later earned a Master of Arts in Higher Education from Elon University, during which time she served as the Graduate Apprentice for Student-Athlete Services.
Prior to joining Poole College, Zoe held various roles in higher education including: Career Coach at the University of South Florida, Curriculum Development Specialist/Developer at UNC Greensboro, Instructor for BUS 216: Personal and Professional Development (UNCG), and Instructor for FYE 101: Succeed at the G (UNCG). She has additional experience as an Assistant and Substitute Teacher abroad, an Event Coordinator, and a Retail Manager.
In her current role as Career Coach, Zoe develops and delivers career and professional development coaching services and programming. She is passionate about empowering students throughout every step of their career journey.
