You can take MIE 480: Business Policy and Strategy in Spring 2027 and ALSO go to Paris, France for Spring Break! Eat crepes beneath the sparking Eiffle tower, learn about the professional landscape of luxury and innovation in Europe and France, get joyfully lost in the Louvre, and learn the culinary art of French cooking.
