This inaugural Jenkins graduate program, based in Nagoya, Japan, will focus on global leadership offering an intensive blend of academics and real-world application. This immersive experience is designed for professionals to rapidly enhance their leadership skills in a global context. Daily activities feature a mix of Master Classes with Japanese experts and on-site visits to both domestic and international companies in Nagoya, providing first-hand exposure to global leadership models. The program will focus on adaptive and cross-cultural leadership strategies essential for success in international markets. The inclusion of various cultural activities ensures a rich, comprehensive understanding of the host country, integrating cultural awareness and global leadership.

Summer 2027 applications will launch on October 1, 2026.

Academics

M 595: Global Leadership

This immersive course explores the principles and practice of leadership in a globalized world. Students will examine cross-cultural leadership dynamics, analyze global business environments, and develop adaptive leadership strategies. Based in Nagoya, students will learn from case studies, on-site corporate visits, local speakers, and reflective assignments designed to integrate theory with real-world experience.

Accomodations

Accommodations are factored into the program cost. Students will have shared rooms, 2 participants per room. There will be an additional costs for a single room upgrade. More details to be provided to accepted students.
