Kelsey Jenkins leads faculty and staff well-being, connection and recognition initiatives at NC State University’s Poole College of Management. She designs programs, experiences and systems that strengthen workplace culture and foster a sense of belonging across the college, ensuring employees feel valued, supported and equipped to thrive.

Kelsey is a doctoral student in NC State’s College of Education, pursuing a concentration in Adult and Lifelong Education within the Educational Leadership, Policy and Human Development program. A proud first-generation NC State graduate, her academic work explores well-being and the conditions that support thriving in higher education. Her professional practice bridges research and action, translating scholarship into meaningful, people-centered strategies that enhance the faculty and staff experience.
