Kelsey Jenkins is a proud graduate of North Carolina State University’s Master’s program in Higher Education Administration. As a first-generation college student, Kelsey has a strong focus on well-being and belonging, which drives her academic and professional journey. In her research, she explores mental health challenges faced by students, food insecurity, and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs in higher education.
With a comprehensive background in faculty and staff development and student services, Kelsey is a dedicated advocate for inclusive campus health services. Her approach is characterized by compassion, creativity, and passion for knowledge. Kelsey strives to make a significant impact in higher education by fostering an equitable environment for all students, faculty, and staff.
