Jenkins Graduate School of Management includes the Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Accounting (MAC), Master of Global Innovation Management (MGIM) and Graduate Economics (ECON Grad) programs that prepare students for today's technology-rich, global marketplace.

Ben Jenkins is known for his commitment to excellence in all he does. He also understands the value of graduate management education in preparing individuals - especially those with technology oriented backgrounds - for leadership in today's global marketplace. With the continually evolving role of technology in business and industry, Ben saw great value in the NC State College of Management's focus on innovation and technology management and made a gift commitment in 2007 to help support the growth of our graduate programs. The Jenkins Graduate School of Management is named in honor of his commitment. In April 2008, Ben Jenkins received the first Person of the Year Award from the NC State University College of Management.

The NC State Jenkins MBA Program includes a full-time program and a part-time program for working professionals. We offer a comprehensive business education and seven concentrations of study, with a special emphasis on the management of innovation and technology.

Master of Accounting

The NC State Jenkins Master of Accounting (MAC) Program offers you the opportunity to gain the critical skills needed for today’s professional accounting and business careers.

The MAC Program – part of the Jenkins Graduate School of Management - is an innovative and intellectual environment where tomorrow’s leaders learn through the active integration of teaching, research and engagement. Designed to satisfy the 150 semester hour education requirement for CPA certification, the Jenkins MAC Program also offers two concentrations of study – in Enterprise Risk Management and Information Technology – plus real world experience gained through internships and study abroad opportunities. Our students enjoy ample opportunities to network with alumni and other representatives of the major accounting firms, and work with our career resources staff members to launch their careers.

Economics Graduate Program

The Graduate Economics Program at North Carolina State University includes masters’ and doctoral degree programs offered jointly by NC State’s College of Agricultural and Life Sciences and the Jenkins Graduate School of Management in NC State’s College of Management.

The inter-departmental nature of this program means that our students can chose their course of study from a wide range of specialty areas, with a faculty of about 50 members who are recognized for their expertise in applied and theoretical research in areas including agricultural economics, natural resource and environmental economics, macro-monetary and international economics, financial economics, and industrial organization.

The faculty provides a stimulating intellectual environment where tomorrow’s leaders learn through the active integration of teaching, research and engagement and benefit from the resources of a major research university.

Master of Global Innovation Management

The Jenkins Master of Global Innovation Management (MGIM) Program is a one-year program that awards two degrees, one from North Carolina State University in the United States and one from the Université Paul Cézanne in France.

The curriculum is designed to give engineering, science and other technology-oriented students a strong base in core business management skills while providing in-depth exposure to a host of global innovation management issues. Students learn in France in the first semester, in the U.S. in the second semester, and complete an international internship.

Courses are taught in English, with preparation in conversational French to help students during their semester in France. The program is open to students from around the world, and offers a truly global learning experience with an emphasis on the management of technology
