This certificate program is best for: NC State Jenkins MBA students (only) who want to develop advanced leadership skills within a professional context.

Jenkins Leadership Challenge

The Jenkins Leadership Challenge is the capstone course for the Business Leadership Certificate, offering students the opportunity to put their leadership skills to the test.

Students assess their leadership practices and identify key areas for growth. Through a personal leadership challenge, participants execute real-world leadership strategies, engage in group coaching and reflect on their journey to become stronger, more effective leaders.

  • Program Rules: No transfer credits or course substitutions. All coursework must be completed within four years.
  • NC State Students: Only students enrolled in the Jenkins MBA Program can enroll in this certificate. Interested students should consult with their academic advisor.
