The Global Programs team in Poole is pleased to announce NEW global internship opportunities for Summer 2027 in Copenhagen, Denmark! Applications open October 1!
Copenhagen, the vibrant capital city of Denmark founded more than 800 years ago. It is the beating heart of Scandinavia and boasts a proud heritage of hygge, world-class Nordic design, and pioneering sustainability. The city is exceptionally safe and easy to navigate via public transportation, on foot, or along its world-renowned network of bike paths.
Students interested in internships in finance, logistics/supply chain, marketing, entreprenuership, and information technology are encouraged to apply. Most internships will be placed in mid-sized companies.

Accommodations
You’ll stay in a modern student residence with fellow Internship participants from Poole College as well as other universities in the United States and around thr world, giving you the chance to meet a diverse international student cohort and enjoy your time when you are not working in your internship.

Calendar & Excursions
Upon arrival, the our partner company providing in-country support will meet all the students at the airport and provide transpotation to the housing faciliites. Unpack and settle in and then enjoy a welcome weekend and city tour.
Students will work 35 hours per week at their matched internship site. On weekends, students will have the freedom to conduct personal travel. Students will also participate in several professional develop workshops include one pre-departure session on Cross Cultural Preparation and two sessions during your time abroad on Maximising Your Impact & Career Strategy.
Additionally, students have the option to engage in cultural experiences/excursions provided by our partner for an additional fee.
Student Services Support
Fully trained staff will be provided to manage on-site logistics, assist with on-site emergencies, and provide information as needed. Additionally, a 24/7 student support number will be provided for emergency protocols and accompanying students to appropriate services.
