IBDD Curriculum

The curriculum for the International Business Dual Degree program combines the required general education classes that are required by NC State along with advanced level language classes and an accelerated business curriculum.

The business curriculum combines the requirements of NC State’s business administration degree program along the course modules structure that we have align with our five partners universities. The following table outlines the curriculum students starting at NC State follow.

Advanced Placement/IB Scores

Students who take AP/IB courses during high school are encourage to take the subject matter tests for the courses. NC State requires various scores on different subject matter for AP and IB.  Please check their respective websites for specific scores on each subject.

For the IBDD students are encouraged to take the following AP/IB courses if they are available

  • Natural Sciences

*  Students entering the Italian track can start at an lower level language class if they have taken up to four years of Spanish or Latin in high school, or the equivalent.
