Jenkins MBA

Ranked among the best programs of its kind, the Jenkins MBA is STEM-designated and accredited by AACSB, with a strong focus on analytics, innovation and leadership. It offers short- and long-term gain to its graduates — and to the employers who seek them out.

Full-Time MBA

Our full-time students benefit from small class sizes and face-to-face engagement as they complete the program across 21 months at our downtown Raleigh campus.

  • The full-time Jenkins MBA class of 2023 enjoyed a $111,607 average salary and $13,417 average signing bonus.
  • Almost one quarter of MBA graduates go on to work in the technology sector.
  • Three months after graduation, the class of 2023 worked for employers including Bank of America, IBM, Procter & Gamble, Tesla and Visa.

Online MBA

Built for optimal flexibility, the online MBA allows students to complete their program in as little as 21 months or up to 6 years either fully online or with in-person elements.

  • The professional online Jenkins MBA class of 2023 enjoyed a $137,081 average salary and $23,915 signing bonus.
  • Over 70% of online students made a career change while in the program.
  • Those who changed companies saw an average salary increase of over 50%; those who were promoted saw an increase of over 33%.
  • Sample employers included Cisco Systems, John Deere, Lenovo, MetLife and Red Hat.

Jenkins Master of Accounting

The STEM-designated Jenkins MAC program is known for its personalized career counseling, experienced leadership and future-focused curriculum. Graduates go on to work for the biggest names in the accounting sector or a range of corporate and government entities.

  • Every year, nearly 100% of MAC graduates are employed by graduation.
  • Nearly 95% of MAC students received job offers by the end of the first semester.
  • For the class of 2023, employers included the Big Four accounting firms of Deloitte, EY, KPMG and PwC and corporate and government employers like Martin Marietta and the NC Office of the State Auditor.
  • The average starting salary for 2023 graduates based in Raleigh, NC was $64,740.

Jenkins Specialized Masters

Both concentrations of our Master of Management program are designed to meet the emerging needs of industry — ensuring students master core business competencies and key analytics skills alike.

Master of Management, Marketing Analytics

The marketing analytics concentration lays a foundation of big data analytic skills and real-world experience to ensure graduates are prepared for the world of modern marketing.

  • According to Business Wire, the global market for marketing analytics is predicted to grow from $3.2 billion to $6.4 billion between 2020 and 2026.
  • Marketing analytics talent is in high demand at a variety of companies in the Research Triangle region, including Cisco, Lenovo and Red Hat.

Master of Management, Risk and Analytics

The risk and analytics concentration combines innovative coursework in risk management and data analytics with real-world business application that provides a unique path toward organizational leadership.

  • The Bureau of Labor Statistics has highlighted the increasing demand for risk managers, who now command an average salary of $118,950.
  • Historically, North Carolina has been in the top five states hiring risk managers and analysts.
