Our team of dedicated career coaches have decades of combined experience connecting students and professionals to meaningful work and successful careers. No one is more passionate about making sure every Poole graduate hits the ground running in a job they care about — or takes an existing career to the next level.
The Career Center provides education, resources and coaching around leadership development, job search, and internal career advancement. Our coaches work with each student to build individualized career plans — assessing strengths and interests, building a brand and developing marketing documents, identifying target industries and employers or entrepreneurial endeavors, networking with advocates, interviewing and negotiating.
The role of the Career Center is to offer broad support to all students by helping them refine personal narratives and identify career paths that align with their interests and needs.
