Program Overview
- Duration: 8 months, from September to April
- Meetings: Six Zoom sessions on the first Thursday of each month

Mentor Expectations
- Time Commitment: Attend six virtual meetings and stay engaged throughout the program.
- Engagement: Meet with your mentee(s) outside of Zoom to guide in career goal setting, skill development, networking, mock interviews, job shadowing and career feedback.
