Poole College of Management proudly is partnering with Cisco Systems to host workshops for students who want to grow in their ability to recognize unconscious bias and microaggressions that happen in the workplace. These workshops will build skills needed to confront incidents of bias and be proactive in creating inclusion in their current and post-college work environments.
