And we’ll assist in finding a fulfilling job you want that makes the most of the knowledge and skills you’ve gained.

Our Approach
We equip students with the skills, tools and confidence to navigate their career journey — from exploring interests to securing meaningful opportunities. Our model combines self-service resources, group instruction and advanced coaching, guiding students through four stages of development:
- Self-Assessment: Identifying strengths, interests and values.
- Decision Making & Skill Development: Exploring career paths and building relevant skills.
- Professional Strategy & Toolkit: Developing resumes, LinkedIn profiles, networking strategies and recruiting readiness.
- Implementation & Impact: Pursuing internships and full-time roles, and strengthening negotiation and career advancement skills.
Students begin with foundational resources and guided workshops that help them build clarity and momentum. Once core steps are complete, individualized coaching supports targeted goals, such as industry alignment, interview readiness, and offer negotiation.

- Career and internship fairs and employer engagement opportunities
- Advanced 1:1 advising as students move into active recruiting
