Join us for the Purpose Driven Business Speakers Series hosted by VF Corporation and the NC State Poole College of Management Business Sustainability Collaborative. The series is designed to provide a forum for NC State students and other community members to discuss with leaders at VF how the company is transforming into a purpose-led, performance-driven and value-creating organization.
The series will kick off with Letitia Webster, Global Vice President of Sustainability & Responsibility at VF Corp. (brands include The North Face, Timberland, Wranglers, Vans, Reef and others) in conversation with Rejaul Hasan, Ph. D. Candidate in the College of Textiles at NC State University. The conversation will be followed by a reception.

Letitia Webster is Global Vice President, Sustainability & Responsibility at VF Corp. As leader of VF Corporation’s Sustainability & Responsibility program, Letitia Webster is the visionary behind the transition of sustainability into a value driver for VF encapsulated in its recently launched strategy, Made for Change. She’s also leading VF’s journey to become Purpose-led, with the recent launch of their new first-ever enterprise-wide Purpose. This effort includes working with the brand portfolio to support their Purpose efforts and to develop the business strategy that embeds and activates the Purpose across the regions, functions and brands. Her leadership in the field of sustainability and corporate responsibility and her passion for being purpose-led has made her a true champion of using business as a force for good in the world.
