Bio

Ava currently serves as a Graduate Assistant for Academic Advising within Poole College of Management Office of Undergraduate Programs.

Currently, Ava is a graduate student in the Master’s of Education in High Education Administration Program at NC State. Ava graduated from NC State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Public Policy in 2025.

During her undergraduate career, Ava always had a spot for mentorship and student success, being a Village Mentor for the Exploratory Studies Village, a Fellow for the University Honors Program, and a Peer Mentor for Multicultural Student Affairs. Ava has also worked for the NC State School of Public and International Affairs, Student Government, and Depop as a Campus Ambassador!

Ava’s areas of interest are Student Success and Development, Advising, Cultural and Identity-based Spaces, and mentorship. She currently serves as a Student Senator for Student Government, and loves to talk about ways to make the University a better, more welcoming place!
