Bio

Jessica McCoy is a Lecturer in the Department of Information Technology, Analytics, and Operations (ITAO). She teaches operations modeling and analysis as well as purchasing and supply management.
 
Prior to joining Poole, Jessica was at Nike for 14 years, where she led a variety of analytics teams with a strong track record of empowering decisions across consumer and marketplace functions. Highlights include implementing multi-echelon inventory optimization as the leader of inventory optimization for Nike’s $2B replenishment business, developing statistical forecasts for Nike’s business in North America, and leading a globally distributed team to deliver strategic commercial insights for Asia Pacific & Latin America. Before joining Nike, Jessica’s graduate work focused on the last mile of humanitarian supply chains as a consultant for the UNHCR and the Gates Foundation.
