Jiahui Mo is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technology, Analytics, and Operations.

Her current research primarily focuses on digital platforms, crowdsourcing, online labor markets, and the implications of artificial intelligence (AI) for digital platforms. She employs interdisciplinary methodologies to investigate how information technologies shape individual behavior and influence firm performance in digital platform environments.
