Ross O'Donovan
Bio
For over 30 years, Ross built a career in advertising, working at industry-leading agencies in Boston and New York on iconic brands such as McDonald’s, Lowe’s Home Improvement, I Love NY tourism, Priceline.com, and Capital One. He also brought his expertise to regional agencies in Raleigh, gaining a well-rounded perspective on both national and local markets. Beyond agency work, Ross has led marketing and lead generation efforts in the private sector, further expanding the real-world insights he brings to the classroom.
Ross began teaching in 2022 at High Point University before joining NC State, where he teaches various courses in marketing and sales. His approach emphasizes the dynamic balance of art and science required to succeed in these disciplines.
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Boston University.
