“I am a Regulatory & Legal Intern at Deloitte’s Risk and Financial Advisory practice in Charlotte, NC. This summer, I’ve been working on PMO streams using MS Project & creating Power BI reports. In the coming weeks, I’ll be traveling to DU in Texas for an intern conference!”

“My position is on the Business Excellence team, where I engineer better business solutions. I identify areas that need improvement and create and implement plans to fill them. Everyday looks different for me and it is a very fast-pace environment, lots of last-minute pivoting! It has been really amazing working along side engineers and NC State engineering students, as a business major I had not been exposed to engineering previously! Siemens has offered me lots of room for growth and I love their mission and culture. I highly recommend for any comsci, business, or engineering students!”
My key takeaway from my Poole experience is that you get out of it what you put in. I would encourage all students to be engaging in their classes, talk to classmates and professors, get involved and to study abroad.
