Bio

As the head of the High-Impact Experiences (HIE) unit within the Poole College of Management, Tyler guides the strategic direction, coordination, and expansion of experiential learning initiatives that cultivate career readiness, community involvement, global immersion, and scholarly engagement. By supporting a diverse portfolio of programs that connect academic learning with real-world application, Tyler seeks to ensure all students complete at least one HIE to gain the competencies and confidence needed to excel in an increasingly complex business environment.

Tyler brings over a decade of experience to his role, most of which has been spent designing and leading large-scale undergraduate professional development initiatives within business schools. In addition to his work in higher education, Tyler consults with organizations on strategies for bridging generational differences in the workplace, and he has also served as a project manager at a tech startup.

Outside of work, Tyler is a board game enthusiast, avid pickleballer, and a helpless/hopeless Cleveland sports fan.
