Bio

Adriana supports Poole College student success through career advising, where she helps students build confidence, tell their stories and navigate professional growth with purpose. With a background in teaching career development courses, she enjoys collaborating with the campus community to bring career conversations into everyday life. Her experience spans academic advising, first-year support, veteran services, tutoring, mentorship and admissions. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Adriana is passionate about working with minority populations and helping students recognize their strengths and potential.

When she’s not at work, you can find her on a hiking trail, exploring new cities, cooking or diving into arts and crafts.
