Eric Mason is an experienced Higher Education professional with a background in academics, admissions, and operations management. In his previous roles, Eric streamlined processes, optimized information systems, and achieved outstanding enrollment results. He is highly skilled in utilizing enrollment technology software, data analysis, and maximizing recruitment opportunities.

As the Operations and Customer Relationship Management Coordinator for the Poole College of Management, Eric will be a key contributor to the technical aspects of the enrollment process, working collaboratively with the admissions team to drive strategic outreach and improve internal procedures.

Eric has excelled in admissions leadership roles at High Point University (2021-2023) and Bluefield University (2015-2021).
