Chad serves as the Director of Strategic Projects for Poole College of Management, planning and coordinating long-term high impact initiatives. Chad joined Poole College from Bank of America where he worked in Change and Transformation Management as a Product Manager, planning for quarterly updates of their Finastra Loan IQ Software. Prior to that, Chad was a member of the US Army for 10 years.
