Heather Morgan brings 20 years of experience spanning software engineering, data analytics, HR operations and talent acquisition, and career services across the technology, insurance, and higher education sectors. Her career highlights include working as a software engineer at IBM in RTP, then pivoting to career services, where she promotes life-long career success to students and early career professionals at Enact, Duke University, and New York University, where she led a team of five to expand and scale graduate career services across NYU’s student population of 40,000. Through it all, Heather has always focused on helping people navigate their careers and figure out their next move.
