Bio

Megan joins the Poole College of Management’s Office of Business Services as a Business Performance and Insights Analyst, bringing a strong foundation in Human Resources Analytics and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Her diverse professional background spans clinical research, higher education, and consulting—equipping her with a unique blend of analytical standardization and practical insight to support strategic planning and operational excellence.

Megan has led global talent development initiatives, shaped recruitment strategies, and designed impactful onboarding programs, gaining deep expertise in workforce dynamics and organizational performance. As a former Professional Development Faculty Member at William Peace University, she brings a strong coaching perspective, effectively bridging data and application in support of NC State’s “Think and Do” philosophy.

She holds a Graduate Certificate in Business from Meredith College’s John E. Weems Graduate School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Peace College (now William Peace University). Committed to empowering individuals and teams alike, Megan leverages her expertise to drive continuous improvement through thoughtful analysis and strategic support. Whether interpreting performance data or guiding operational enhancements, she is dedicated to delivering actionable insights with measurable impact.

In her spare time, Megan is deeply committed to her community as an active enrolled member of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina, always finding ways to connect and give back to her Indigenous culture. She and her wife also dedicate their time to volunteering with local animal rescues, having fostered and found loving homes for more than 70 dogs.
