Connect and Offer Resources

The Employer Insight Series is virtual information and panel series for companies to engage with Poole students and share information about their companies, their recruiting programs, and their talent acquisition strategies for the academic year. Offered on Thursdays from 4-5 p.m. and every day during our semester Career Weeks.

Seeking Diverse Talent? For companies just starting their DEI journey, book an employer insight series named “Our Diversity & Inclusion Journey” and talk honestly about what your company learned about the importance of DEI.

Offered in the morning or afternoon on the back deck of our coffee shop (weather permitting); this opportunity to talk with our students in a casual setting; the employer will provide coffee and anything to eat; 2-3 hours in duration.

Seeking Diverse Talent? Utilize this informal setting to reach diverse student markets. Sending representatives from Employee Resource Groups (Pride/Rainbow Groups, Military or Veteran Resource Groups, Latinx, APIDA, or African-American Resource Groups) are all encouraged to host this relaxed time to share insight on company culture.

Offered in the middle of the fall semester, this event is for both our undergraduate and graduate students. The event begins with a networking reception, followed by a four-course meal and an etiquette presentation. Employer sponsorships are available.

Another terrific branding opportunity, bring in a small team to critique student resumes and offer advice. Offered before the career fair each semester.

The Poole College of Management has over 30 student organizations. Work directly with one or several of our student organizations to sponsor and speak at a club meeting or event. We can provide you with a current list of our student organizations.
