Participate in Career Events
Our career events include the Career and Internship Fair, the Supply Chain Career Fair, the Small Business Fair a great opportunity to market your company brand and speak with hundreds of Poole students in one venue.
Campus and Virtual Interviews
Half-day or full-day interviews take place in the university career center. Employers can collect resumes at the career fair or set up an interview schedule in ePack and have students apply directly.
Post Jobs and Internships on ePack
ePACK is the campus-wide career information management system. Develop an employer profile, post jobs, and internships, schedule on-campus interviews and information sessions, register for campus career fairs.
Connect and Offer Resources
Employer Insight Series
The Employer Insight Series is virtual information and panel series for companies to engage with Poole students and share information about their companies, their recruiting programs, and their talent acquisition strategies for the academic year. Offered on Thursdays from 4-5 p.m. and every day during our semester Career Weeks.
Seeking Diverse Talent? For companies just starting their DEI journey, book an employer insight series named “Our Diversity & Inclusion Journey” and talk honestly about what your company learned about the importance of DEI.
Coffee Chats and Information Tables
Offered in the morning or afternoon on the back deck of our coffee shop (weather permitting); this opportunity to talk with our students in a casual setting; the employer will provide coffee and anything to eat; 2-3 hours in duration.
Seeking Diverse Talent? Utilize this informal setting to reach diverse student markets. Sending representatives from Employee Resource Groups (Pride/Rainbow Groups, Military or Veteran Resource Groups, Latinx, APIDA, or African-American Resource Groups) are all encouraged to host this relaxed time to share insight on company culture.
Etiquette Dinner and Networking
Offered in the middle of the fall semester, this event is for both our undergraduate and graduate students. The event begins with a networking reception, followed by a four-course meal and an etiquette presentation. Employer sponsorships are available.
Poole Practice Interviews
Interested in volunteering your time to help our students? Participate in our Poole Practice Interviews and help our students prepare for both Behavioral and Case Interviews.
Resume Blitzes
Another terrific branding opportunity, bring in a small team to critique student resumes and offer advice. Offered before the career fair each semester.
Student Organization Presentations
The Poole College of Management has over 30 student organizations. Work directly with one or several of our student organizations to sponsor and speak at a club meeting or event. We can provide you with a current list of our student organizations.
