Come celebrate in PCJ the past and present contributions of Black identifying members of the Poole Community. The event will be catered by DouNou Cuisine with menu items including:

  • Alloco
  • Samosas
  • Sauce D’Arrachide
  • Bebere Black Eyed Peas
  • Suya Spiced Salmon
DouNou is a black-owned catering business, currently in the works of opening a brick and mortar restaurant. DouNou (pronounced ‘do-new’) offers Southern cuisine inspired by the rich flavors of West Africa.  Owner and Executive Chef, Adé, was born in Benin, and loves to share her culture and customs through food.
