Brand Building & Billboards

Build your organization’s brand by submitting your billboards to the Poole College Office of Marketing and Communications project request form. Billboard images are required to be 1920 x 1080 px.

Use ‘Websites for Student Organizations’, an NC State platform designed to support the creation and maintenance of student organization websites to learn rules and best practices.

Poole Community Bulletin Boards

Post your flyers on the bulletin boards in the Nelson Hall stairways. Receive approval from the Office of Undergraduate Programs prior to posting.

Tips and Reminders

  • Billboards must have dimensions of 1920 x 1080 px to be promoted on the Airtame TV system in Nelson Hall.
  • Poole Council offers $100 in funding for new organizations. Reach out to Poole Council President, Bianca Horen, for questions about eligibility requirements.
  • Create social media accounts relevant to your organization’s brand. To be featured on the Poole College Instagram, submit a Marketing and Communications Project Request on Wrike.
