Academic advising empowers students to be independent thinkers and global leaders in the business community. Advising guides students, through a system of challenge and support, during their entire academic career to make choices in course selection and out-of-classroom experiences to achieve their post-graduate goals.

Looking to have your hold released?

Students cannot have their holds released in appointments or drop-in. Holds can only be released by completing the Spring and Summer 2022 Online Registration Advising project in Moodle.

Academic Advising Drop-In Hours

Please note that with the exception of Tuesday, drop-in hours are held in-person in Nelson Hall 2150. Masks are required for in-person drop-in.

Mondays 9:30 – 11:30 AM

Wednesdays 2:00 – 4:00 PM

Need to meet with an Academic Advisor?

Poole College of Management majors can make an appointment with an advisor. Students can use the Student Success GPS system to make these appointments at go.ncsu.edu/gps.
