Meet the Advising Team
Our advising team is dedicated to helping our students succeed here at NC State. All of our advisors have a master's or higher degree and are professionally trained to assist in designing each student’s academic career at NC State.
Drop-In Hours
- Monday – (1-3 p.m.) – In-person (Nelson Hall, 2150) and Virtual Drop-In
- Tuesday – (1-3 p.m.) – In-person (Nelson Hall, 2150)
- Wednesday – (1-3 p.m.) – In-person (Nelson Hall, 2150)
- Thursday – (1-3 p.m.) – In-person (Nelson Hall, 2150) and Virtual Drop-In
Poole College of Management students are encouraged to email questions to the Poole Advising Team at poole_advising@ncsu.edu.
Appointments
Poole College of Management majors can make an appointment with an advisor. Appointments are used for more in-depth questions, long-term degree planning, or deeper conversations and are scheduled for 30 minutes. Students can use the Student Success Navigate system to make these appointments at go.ncsu.edu/navigate.

Spring and Summer 2025
Students will receive an email with instructions to have their advising hold released mid September. If you have not received an email by October 16, please contact poole_advising@ncsu.edu.
