This highly interactive session gives students a better understanding of their individual leadership style and how they can lead others more effectively. Students are given the opportunity to identify their signature strengths, leadership preferences, and ultimately articulate their leadership purpose. Upon completion of the one-day certification program, students leave with practical tools and strategies that they can use immediately as a leader.
